Cedar Ferret started in 2015 when our founder, a veterinary nurse with fifteen years of experience, noticed a gap in quality pet care services. Too many facilities treated animals as transactions rather than individuals with distinct personalities and needs.

What began as a small grooming studio in a suburban Melbourne garage has grown into a full-service pet care centre serving thousands of families across Australia. Our mission remains unchanged: provide the same level of care we would want for our own pets.

Today, our team of twelve specialists brings together expertise in grooming, animal behaviour, nutrition, and wellness. Every staff member shares an authentic passion for animals that goes beyond professional obligation.
