• Not display aggressive behaviour that poses a risk to staff or other animals

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that does not meet these requirements or that our staff determine cannot be safely handled.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the standard scope, such as extended grooming time for severely matted coats.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee
• No-shows: Full service fee may be charged

For boarding services, different cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Liability and Disclaimers

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, you acknowledge that:

• Pet care inherently involves some risk
• We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions
• We are not liable for stress-related reactions in sensitive pets
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the incident.
